As a Telesales Agent, you'll engage with existing and prospective customers, identify their needs, and present the right product solutions through professional and compliant sales interactions. Depending on business requirements and your experience, you may support our Insurance, Credit, or Mobile sales campaigns.

• Drive sales through outbound and inbound customer engagements.
• Promote and sell products within our Insurance, Credit, or Mobile portfolio.
• Build rapport and uncover customer needs through effective questioning.
• Accurately update customer information and maintain sales records.
• Meet quality standards and service level agreements.
• Adhere to relevant compliance and regulatory requirements, including FAIS, FICA, POPIA, and other applicable legislation.

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Minimum 1 year of telesales, call centre, or direct sales experience.
• Experience in Insurance OR Credit OR Mobile/Telecommunications sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

• RE5 and/or FAIS accreditation.
• Credit or financial services sales experience.
• Mobile or telecommunications sales experience.
• Knowledge of applicable compliance and regulatory requirements.
