Sales and Marketing Agent; KZN

• Visit all allocated pharmacies and clients within a 6-week cycle

• Complete and accurately record at least 250 client visits each month

• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets

• Secure physical or digital store orders with precision

• Market all products in line with authorized pricing guidelines

• Conduct a minimum of 2 formal product training sessions per month with pharmacy staff

• Coordinate and execute at least 2 in-store promotional campaigns or activations monthly

• Maintain accurate stock and marketing materials records

• Ensure all product interactions and marketing communications adhere to SAHPRA guidelines

• Provide real-time field intelligence and competitor insights to head office

• 2 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or wellness sectors

• Proven skills in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet targeted objectives

• Experience with product training and promotional activities

• Pharmacy environments and pharmaceutical regulations

• Sales and marketing strategies within health and wellness industries

• Competitive basic monthly salary of R15,000 for the first six months and thereafter just commission
