Sales Representative Indy Oil

We are looking for an energetic and commercially focused Sales Representative to take ownership of an allocated territory and drive the growth and market penetration of Indy Oil lubricants and chemicals.

This is an important role within our sales team, with a strong focus on new business development, customer growth and strengthening the Indy Oil brand.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, workshops and customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and close gaps within the territory.
• Drive product range growth and improve market penetration.
• Implement promotions and conduct product sales training with customers.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide meaningful market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate daily CRM/Skynamo activity, planning and reporting.
• Manage customer queries, claims and after-sales service to ensure excellent customer relationships.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide leads to other G.U.D. Holdings divisions.
• Grade 12.
• Valid Code 08 driver's licence.
• 3–5 years' sales experience, preferably in the automotive, lubricants or chemical environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercially driven with a proactive approach to growing a territory.
• Good computer and CRM skills.
• Technical knowledge of lubricant/oil product applications.
• A Diploma in Sales or Marketing will be advantageous.
