About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and ambitious Account Manager to oversee their portfolio of enterprise clients in the bustling city of Durban . This role is crucial for maintaining and growing relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive maximum value from our offerings. You will act as the primary point of contact, fostering loyalty and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
This is a strategic position within our client's sales division, offering a chance to work with significant accounts and influence business strategy in the dynamic Kwa Zulu-Natal market.
- Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and deepen client engagement.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our client's products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and showcase our value.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client relationship management, preferably with enterprise clients.
- Proven success in retaining and growing key client accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise-level sales cycles.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with senior-level client contacts.
