- Electrical, Lighting and Solar knowledge is beneficial.
- Retirement Annuity after 1 year served.
- A competitive basic salary is offered depending on experience and track record.
- Commissionis paid on GP above target. Good salesmen and salesladies earn more commission than their basic salary. Effort, experience, efficiency and relationships determine commission.
- A monthly bonus is also paid on admin, presenteeism, initiative and teamwork.
- An annual performance bonus is paid in December.
