** Summary :
** Join Stryker’s Visualization business as a Territory Sales Manager in Kwa Zulu-Natal (KZN, South Africa, where you will drive profitable sales growth and expand customer partnerships across your territory. Combining commercial insight with product and clinical knowledge, you will identify new business opportunities, deliver value-based solutions, and help customers achieve their objectives while growing Stryker’s Visualization business.  
** What you will do :
*** Own territory sales performance, delivering revenue, growth, and profitability objectives while proactively managing business risks and opportunities.
* Develop and execute territory business plans using customer insights, market dynamics, competitor activity, commercial potential, SMART objectives, and contingency planning.
* Lead complex sales opportunities from qualification through close using consultative and value-based selling, aligning Stryker solutions with customer needs and commercially sustainable outcomes.
* Manage tendering, pricing, proposal development, and commercial negotiations in partnership with relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring commitments remain realistic and compliant.
* Build long-term relationships with clinical, procurement, and commercial stakeholders by identifying needs, meeting agreed commitments, and delivering customer value.
* Apply product, procedure, clinical, and market knowledge to advise customers and communicate relevant product benefits while following regulatory and compliance requirements.
* Support sales partners, where applicable, through training, joint customer engagement, pipeline coordination, and product, clinical, and commercial guidance.
* Contribute to team performance by working cross-functionally, sharing knowledge, mentoring less experienced colleagues, supporting development activities, and identifying initiatives that improve customer and business outcomes.
** What you will need :
*** Required
* * Bachelor’s degree or diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
* Knowledge of the medical device environment and medical device regulations.
* Proficiency in spoken and written English.
* Preferred
* * Sales experience supporting or selling an Endoscopy product portfolio
* Additional Information
** This is a territory-based sales role requiring regular customer engagement.
* A valid driver's license is required.
* Work arrangement:
The role involves managing an assigned sales territory or account base and providing customer and case support where applicable.
* Travel requirements:
