We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CCTV Team Lead to join our Risk team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating CCTV monitoring activities, supporting investigations, ensuring compliance with security procedures, and driving the effective utilisation of CCTV systems to protect company assets, employees and customers. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Lead and manage the CCTV monitoring team to ensure effective 24/7 surveillance coverage.
• Monitor CCTV operations to identify security risks, suspicious activities and operational irregularities.
• Coordinate and support investigations relating to theft, losses, damages, misconduct and security incidents.
• Review CCTV footage and compile detailed incident reports.
• Ensure all CCTV systems are fully operational and report technical faults or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain CCTV records, evidence and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Liaise with Operations, Transport, HR and Risk stakeholders regarding incidents and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Coach, develop and manage the performance of CCTV Operators.
• Identify security trends and recommend preventative measures to reduce risk.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks on CCTV monitoring activities.
• Support branch and regional loss-prevention initiatives.
• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Minimum 3 years' experience within a CCTV, Security, Risk or Loss Prevention environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with CCTV systems and video management platforms.
• Strong report-writing and investigation skills.
