Our Apprenticeship Program is designed to suit graduates looking to gain real world software development experience and to grow skills exponentially to get ahead in their career. Our apprenticeships are paid positions where you are employed full time, and earning for 12 months whilst building key experience, learning commercial skills and kick starting your career. The apprenticeship is a one year contract, intended to transition into a permanent role thereafter, either within the Kaleidocode family;

or with one of our client partners. Kaleidocode Pivot executes commercial software development and testing projects, whilst skilling up young software professionals. We place top young graduates on an apprenticeship program that accelerates their growth, and provides the necessary commercial skills to function in blue chip ICT environments. They gain both hard and soft skills from coaches and from their daily project team experiences.

A South African citizen with a Diploma, Degree, or post-degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Development is seeking a position in Durban, KZN. The position requires strong English comprehension, verbal and written business language skills, and is available from early January 2025 to end December 2025.
