• Identify and establish objectives for self and team.

• Ensure the solution is secure, confidential and protected against unauthorised access or modification.
• Employ logs and records to prove actions and events and trace them uniquely to the responsible entity.
• Provide relevant documentation to support teams and foster reusability of assets.
• Develop the solution to analyze its own faults and report prior to critical failures.
• Deliver solutions and additional assets to make installation and deployment seamless and adaptable to evolving environments.
• Proactively support peers, testing, development support and operational teams to reduce escalations.
• Assist development support during operational events and help create SOPs.
• Be available to handle emergency outages and failures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively to increase solution stability.
• Recommend and execute approved improvements to development methods and solutions.
• Maintain solutions after development and perform technical documentation updates.
• Assess risk and impact of production issues or changes and mitigate risk appropriately.
• Direct and support third‑party development partners by supplying information, providing feedback, correcting deviations, and ensuring success.

• At least 3‑5 years’ experience within a development environment is advantageous.
• 2‑5 years database experience.
• 3‑5 years server/client‑side language experience is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
