We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer - Level 2 to join our Customer Digital Experience Team. This team consists of highly skilled individuals focused in maintaining and supporting our customer-facing websites and tools, which are essential for marketing, sales, information sharing, and communication with customers.
ResponsibilitiesYour role is to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions across both frontend and backend systems, ensuring reliable, scalable, and performant applications that meet business and user needs. This role serves as a mid-level technical contributor capable of working independently on moderately complex features while also collaborating effectively with senior developers, UX designers, product owners, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Software Development & Maintenance:
Analyze requirements and translate them into appropriate software designs in collaboration with Technical Leads and Senior Developers. - Develop, test, and release software according to team standards, specifications, and timelines.
- Produce accurate development estimates and review them with senior team members.
- Ensure all development and maintenance work preserves system quality, reliability, and performance.
- Maintain thorough documentation for system design, code implementations, and changes.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in development processes, coding practices, and automation.
- Test developed features according to the team’s quality charter and verify that all software meets specification.
- Perform regression checks and ensure existing functionality remains stable after changes.
- Partner with the QA team to ensure test plans are complete, high-quality, and aligned with the feature scope.
- Take full ownership of defects and resolve them according to quality standards and timelines.
- Support team-wide quality improvement by reviewing peers’ work and promoting best practices.
- Provide timely support for production issues with appropriate urgency and clear communication.
- Quickly identify the scope and impact of issues and assist in root-cause analysis.
- Deliver consistent and effective updates on support cases and incidents.
- Assist dependent teams with technical support, troubleshooting, and integration guidance.
- Troubleshoot and fix live production issues timeously.
- Share knowledge proactively within the team and act as a mentor to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and promoting best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, Dev Ops, UX, Product, and Support.
- Contribute to a positive team culture of learning, improvement, and shared ownership.
Who are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of full stack / software development experience.
- Proficiency with programming languages: C# .Net;
React, Typescript, NextJS. - Strong knowledge of relational and/or No
SQL databases (preferably Azure Cosmos DB). - Strong understanding of Cloud Dev Ops and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate technical requirements to non-tech-savy individuals.
