Senior Software Engineer

We’re looking for an ambitious Developer to join our technical team and help execute on our growth strategy for Klipboard solutions. This is a rare opportunity to join a growth stage technology company, working with a close-knit team to uncover new opportunities and position yourself for success and rapid career progression as we have plans to rapidly scale the team over the next 12 months.

As a Software Developer working on a variety of our solutions including VAST, Auto Work, ERPOne products, you will design, develop, and maintain robust ERP solutions. You’ll be part of a cross‑functional squad, collaborating closely in a Scrum environment to deliver features that drive real value for our customers.

• Develop and maintain ERP One modules and related solutions.
• Collaborate within a Scrum squad to deliver high‑quality, scalable ERP features.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
• Work closely with Product, QA, and other engineers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and technical practices.

• Experience developing with C#, Blazor and other similar languages.
• A good understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Strong SQL or Oracle backend experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Solid problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience using Jira for task management.

• Background in wholesale, distribution, or automotive sectors.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based ERP solutions.
• Willing to assist with building DEFTESTS to automate testing.
• An understanding of Git and Linux.
