A Durban-based software development consultancy is seeking a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead to join a high-performing team delivering innovative digital solutions for local and international clients.

• Designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions
• Leading architecture decisions across modern web and cloud platforms
• Developing full-stack solutions using .NET Core and React
• Driving cloud-native development on Microsoft Azure
• Implementing Dev Ops best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
• Collaborating with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Mentoring and coaching developers while promoting engineering excellence
• Supporting solution workshops, technical proposals, and client engagements

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in .NET Core and modern web technologies
• Experience with React and modern front-end development
• Solid Azure cloud experience
• Exposure to microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Bicep
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and security principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Passion for mentoring and growing technical teams

• Azure certifications
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Application Insights, ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus
• Experience working within consulting or software services environments
