• Full‑Stack Development:
  Lead the end‑to‑end design, development, and maintenance of web applications, ensuring they meet high standards for functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Front‑End Development:
  Create responsive and user‑friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, collaborating closely with design.
• Back‑End Development:
  Manage server‑side development, selecting and using programming languages and frameworks like Node.js, Python, Ruby, Django, etc.
• Database Management:
  Design, optimise, and manage database schemas, queries, and interactions using relational and No

• Web Application Frameworks:
  Utilize specific frameworks and libraries to streamline development, enhance functionality, and provide technical leadership.
• Architecture and System Design:
  Drive architectural decisions, system design, and code reviews to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Version Control:
  Lead codebase management using Git, establishing best practices for collaboration and tracking.
• Testing and Debugging:
  Establish testing strategies, develop unit tests, and provide expertise in debugging and optimisation for performance and reliability.
• API Integration:
  Integrate APIs and third‑party services, focusing on security, scalability, and efficiency.
• Dev Ops and Deployment:
  Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and cloud services to optimise deployment and scaling.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 8+ years of experience as a Full‑Stack Software Engineer, delivering complex projects.
• Expertise in front‑end technologies such as Next.js, Type Script, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue.js, and modern front‑end practices.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools:
  Grafana, Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with analytics tracking tooling:
  Google Analytics 4.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby) and expertise in web application frameworks.
• In‑depth knowledge of database systems, including design, optimisation, and complex query writing.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills, focusing on optimisation of application performance.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to staying updated with emerging industry trends and technologies.
