• Lead the end-to-end design and development of software applications, from conception to deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Java, Python, C++, or Go.
• Architect and implement scalable and resilient microservices-based solutions.
• Drive the adoption of modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies, TDD, and CI/CD.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level software engineers, fostering their technical growth.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and performance issues.
• Contribute to the strategic technical direction of the engineering team.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and product quality.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience in leading complex software projects and mentoring engineering teams.
• Expertise in one or more major programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go, C#).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience designing and developing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
