Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the company's fleet and daily logistics activities.
- Plan and coordinate vehicle movements, deliveries and collections.
- Monitor vehicle utilisation, routes, fuel consumption and operating costs.
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, licensed and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor driver performance, attendance and compliance.
- Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely and efficient distribution of goods.
- Maintain accurate fleet, logistics and vehicle documentation.
- Liaise with drivers, suppliers, customers and internal departments.
- Identify and resolve logistical and fleet-related issues promptly.
- Prepare relevant reports and provide management with regular updates on fleet and logistics performance.
- Assist with improving operational efficiency and reducing logistics costs.
