WMS Clerk

Freedom Printpak is seeking a detail-oriented and organised WMS Clerk to support warehouse and factory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate, receiving, capturing, monitoring, and reporting of stock movements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

• Capture all stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments accurately on the WMS.
• Verify system transactions against physical stock movements.
• Investigate and report stock variances and discrepancies.
• Generate WMS reports for warehouse and management review.
• Ensure all documentation is completed, filed, and maintained correctly.
• Liaise with warehouse, receiving, production, and dispatch teams to ensure accurate data flow.
• Perform cycle counts and stock takes as required.
• Maintain accurate master data and system housekeeping where applicable.
• Comply with all Quality Management System procedures (ISO 9001:2015).
• Perform any alternative or reasonable duties as instructed by management.

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics administration role.
• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is essential.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bendi operator’s licence preferred.
