Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Supervisor to oversee and manage their inventory operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate stock control, efficient processes, and alignment between inventory levels and operational demand.

• Oversee daily inventory operations and ensure accurate stock levels across all warehouses or storage locations
• Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch processes to ensure correct documentation and system updates
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and full stock takes to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, variances, and system errors promptly
• Monitor stock movements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the system
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts
• Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize obsolete or slow-moving stock; implement and enforce inventory control procedures, policies, and best practices
• Prepare and present inventory reports, variance reports, and performance metrics to management
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce shrinkage, and optimize warehouse efficiency
• Train, supervise, and evaluate inventory staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational procedures

• Matric Certificate
• Candidate needs to be available immediately
• 2–3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience working with inventory management systems (WMS Data scope)

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to lead, supervise, and train a team of inventory personnel
• Proficiency in inventory tracking, reporting, and stock control systems
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
