Warehouse ​/ Logistics Manager

Our client is a well-established industrial bulk handling, chemical supply, and warehousing group operating across major port and logistics hubs in South Africa.
The Warehouse / Logistics Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, and team leadership, ensuring smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and material handling workflows.
• Coordinate transport, logistics, and distribution functions to ensure timely turnarounds.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse personnel to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
• Implement effective stock control measures and reconcile inventory reports.
• Streamline receiving, storage, and dispatch processes for bulk and containerised goods.
• Solve operational challenges and optimize logistics workflows.

• Relevant degree (e.g., BCom in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Management) preferred.
• Proven track record in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• Practical experience within warehousing, distribution, import, or industrial logistics environments.
• Stable employment history demonstrating long-term commitment and career progression.
• Strong leadership, operational management, and problem-solving capabilities.

R20,000+ per month (Negotiable based on experience)
