Warehouse Team Leader

Our client in the warehouse and distribution industry is seeking an experienced and hands-on. Warehouse Team Leader to join their dynamic team. If you have strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse experience, and are passionate about driving team performance, we would like to hear from you.

• Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential
• Supervisory or Team Leader experience in a warehouse environment
• Extensive experience as a Picker and Checker
• Experience using handheld warehouse scanners
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and stock control
• Able and willing to work weekends and overtime when required
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
• Clear criminal record

• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily operational targets
• Oversee picking, checking, receiving, and dispatch activities
• Ensure accurate order picking and stock verification using handheld scanners
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance of team members
• Maintain health and safety standards within the warehouse
• Ensure all operational procedures and quality standards are followed
• Assist with stock counts and inventory control
• Report operational issues and provide solutions to improve efficiency
