Our company is committed to providing efficient and reliable solutions to our customers and we are currently seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Durban, South Africa.

As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods within our warehouse. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that all operations are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality of items
• Label, pack, and store goods in designated areas within the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
• Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers for outgoing shipments
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Forklift certification is a plus
