You will be responsible for coordinating receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities, while upholding strict quality and safety standards.

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to schedules.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Oversee the efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to the warehouse team.
• Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance to ensure operational readiness.

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
