Warehouse Associate - Night Shift

About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and diligent Warehouse Associate to join their night shift team in Durban . This role is essential for maintaining the efficient flow of goods within the warehouse, focusing on receiving, stocking, picking, and packing orders. You will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure accuracy, speed, and safety in all warehouse operations during overnight hours.

This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in cycle counting as required.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and safety procedures .

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment or a similar physical labor role.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team during the night shift.
