• Delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes
• Completing daily tasks in a safe professional manner (ADLs)
• Providing companionship and remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support
• Assisting with personal care activities which may include personal hygiene, mobility assistance or incontinence care
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Providing transportation for appointments as needed or accompanying clients to appointments when transportation is arranged
• Reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior to the branch office
