As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for overseeing the powder coating process of our metal products. Key duties include:

• Applying powder coating to metal products, adhering to production standards
• Hanging products onto the overhead conveyor with precision
• Cleaning booth as required for color changes
• Inspecting products for defects and promptly reporting non-standard conditions
• Maintaining a consistent pace according to job production standards
• Following safety procedures, including the proper use of equipment and reporting unsafe conditions
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Collaborating effectively with team members, supporting a positive and productive work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manual dexterity and physical ability to handle products, load them onto overhead conveyor lines, and perform inspections
• Ability to follow directions accurately and apply paint products with precision
• Capability to lift or move materials weighing up to 40 lbs
• Efficient work ethic in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals of diverse abilities and backgrounds
• Successful completion of a medical questionnaire and fitting for a respirator (no facial hair due to respirator program)
