Lead the Supply Chain business office function by managing the financial, budgetary, operating reporting, labor assessment, rebate, cost accounting, KPI, and invoice-management routines that allow Enterprise Supply Chain leaders to manage the business with discipline. This manager supports all Supply Chain verticals by producing monthly operating reports, analyzing budget and labor variances, managing rebates and cost accounting activity, coordinating invoices for SCM services, and maintaining the standard business office processes that connect operating performance to financial accountability.

- This is not a remote position, it is a full-time position located in Durham, NC.
- Managed budget, monthly reporting, variance analysis, labor assessment, KPI reporting, rebate tracking, cost accounting, invoice management, or comparable business office processes.
- Created standard work, reporting calendars, review templates, work papers, trackers, or management routines that improved consistency and accountability.
- Led or coordinated analysts, business office staff, finance support resources, or cross-functional reporting processes.
- Demonstrated ability to explain financial and operating information clearly and convert reporting into practical action.
- Experience supporting supply chain, finance, operations, healthcare, university, shared services, or similarly complex enterprise functions is preferred.
Education
- Work requires a general business background generally equivalent to a Bachelor's degree program.
Experience
- Work requires 3 years related business or administrative experience to acquire competence in applying general personnel practices, accounting and budgeting principles and coordination of major administrative functions.

- Strong orientation toward accuracy, confidentiality, deadlines, issue follow-up, and management-ready reporting.
- Comfort working across finance, operations, supply chain, HR, analytics, supplier, and executive audiences.
- Lead the SCM business office function across all Supply Chain verticals, creating consistent financial management, operating reporting, and business discipline for the enterprise function.
- Serve as the central business office partner for Supply Chain leaders, helping translate budget, labor, cost, rebate, invoice, and KPI information into clear management action.
- Create standard routines for budget management, monthly reporting, variance review, labor assessment, cost accounting, rebate tracking, and invoice oversight.
- Coordinate annual and recurring budget processes for Supply Chain, including budget planning, budget maintenance, financial review routines, and leadership-ready summaries.
- Monitor operating performance against budget and identify variances, trends, risks, and corrective actions that require leadership attention.
