* Support internal control assessments, audit activities, and process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Analyze and test existing control processes and procedures, updating documentation as needed to improve effectiveness.
* Assist with audits of control effectiveness and evaluate progress made to address identified control deficiencies and risks.
* Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting team on process improvement initiatives, project support, and documentation efforts.
* Identify and support automation opportunities while providing input for future internal control assessments and risk mitigation strategies.#

Qualifications:

* Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
* Preferred candidate is a rising junior or senior who has completed core coursework in their major.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
* Experience with Power BI preferred.
* Exposure to process automation, data analytics, or other business intelligence and automation tools is a plus.
