Duties- Test drive the vehicle before service or repair to verify complaint and recommend drivability concerns.
- Inspect engine and/or mechanical/electrical components to diagnose and record findings for necessary repairs.
- Recommend thorough repairs that resolve customer concerns and achieve a 3‑year/36,000‑mile warranty.
- Perform basic care and maintenance, such as tune‑ups and flushes.
- Carry out oil changes, tire services, and state inspections as required to provide timely service.
- Conduct repairs according to established company procedures.
- Replace parts with only high‑quality parts that support a 3‑year/36,000‑mile warranty.
- Confirm repairs with a thorough test drive on a predetermined route set by the store manager.
- No nights, weekends, or holidays (Mon‑Fri 8‑5).

Experience:
Must meet or exceed industry‑recognized standards. High school diploma or GED preferred. - License/Certification: Valid driver’s license required. NC safety inspection license and enhanced emissions license preferred.

Skills:
Entry‑level knowledge of computer equipment and applicable software. - Reasoning Ability: Ability to manage priorities, adapt to customer needs, perform duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, courtesy, and minimal supervision.
