Define requirements for local currency, foreign exchange, tax calculation and remittance, invoicing, refunds, chargebacks, seller payouts, reconciliation, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
Partner with product and engineering teams to address customer identity, purchase eligibility, localization, data integration, and country-specific platform capabilities.
Coordinate customer, independent software vendor, and channel-partner readiness, including onboarding, contracting, communications, training, support, and operational handoffs.
Build integrated plans, RACIs, risk registers, dependency maps, budgets, and executive dashboards; proactively remove blockers and escalate decisions.
Define launch and post-launch KPIs, conduct readiness reviews and retrospectives, and convert lessons learned into scalable playbooks for subsequent markets.
Serve as the central point of accountability for geo-expansion status, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes from working-team through executive levels.
Key Deliverables Prioritized multi-phased country expansion strategy and launch roadmap.
