Summary of the Role:

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Project Management professional to join our client’s site in Durham, NC. This role will support cross-functional workstream execution through workshop facilitation, integrated schedule management, cost control, resource planning, RAID and action management, and governance reporting.

The position requires project management experience within cGMP Bio Pharma or pharmaceutical site start-up, commissioning, or tech transfer operations, along with advanced proficiency in and other project management and productivity tools.

Summary of

Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan and lead high-value cross-functional workshops, alignment sessions, and recurring Tier 2 workstream execution huddles.
Build, maintain, and baseline workstream-level integrated schedules in , ensuring logic ties and milestone alignment with the Master Integrated Schedule (IS).
Track financial performance for assigned work streams, including PO drawdowns, invoice approvals, vendor spend, and cost variance reporting.
Assist Workstream Leads with resource loading and capacity planning to prevent operational bottlenecks during ramp-up phases.
Maintain and actively drive resolution of assigned workstream RAID logs, including Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies, as well as Action Item registers.
Support Workstream Leads in drafting standard 3-page status reports, 4-pillar health checks, exception reports, and executive summaries for Tier 2 and Tier 3 governance forums.

Main

Qualifications:

Education: B.S. in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience within cGMP Bio Pharma / Pharmaceutical Site Start-Up, commissioning, or tech transfer operations.
Advanced proficiency in , MS Project, Excel, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
Cross-functional risk mitigation experience.
Fluency in pharmaceutical manufacturing terminology.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP certification preferred.
