Full-Time Company Overview Our client is a leading organization seeking an analytical and strategic leader to join its Commercial Excellence team. This highly visible role will drive pricing strategy, revenue optimization, forecasting, and advanced analytics initiatives that support business growth and operational performance.

Position Summary The Associate Director, Pricing Strategy & Analytics will lead the development and execution of data-driven pricing and revenue optimization strategies across the organization. This individual will leverage advanced analytics, financial modeling, forecasting, and market intelligence to deliver actionable recommendations that enhance profitability and support long-term business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical capabilities and has a proven track record of influencing executive-level decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of pricing strategies and analytical frameworks that support revenue growth and business performance.

Develop financial models, forecasting tools, and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives and pricing opportunities.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitive dynamics, and business performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.

Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to align pricing initiatives with broader business objectives.

Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that provide visibility into pricing performance and business outcomes.

Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Collaborate with Data Science and Business Intelligence teams to leverage predictive modeling, segmentation, and advanced analytics techniques.

Lead the evaluation and implementation of pricing tools, methodologies, and processes that improve scalability and decision-making.

Establish governance frameworks and best practices to ensure consistency, transparency, and effectiveness in pricing decisions.

Monitor the effectiveness of pricing initiatives and recommend adjustments to maximize business impact.

Qualifications Required Bachelor 's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field.
9+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Analytics, Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, Finance, or a related function.

Demonstrated success developing pricing strategies, analytical models, and business recommendations that drive measurable results.

Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Experience presenting recommendations and insights to executive leadership.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred Master's degree (MBA, MS Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related discipline).Background in consulting, commercial strategy, revenue management, or commercial excellence functions.

Experience implementing pricing systems, optimization tools, or advanced analytics solutions.

Experience working in complex, data-driven organizations.
