Class A CDL Lowboy Driver
- Experienced full time truck driver to move heavy equipment.
- Previous experience preferred with lowboy.
- Must have tanker endorsement or be willing to obtain.
- Must have valid Class A CDL driver’s license with tanker endorsement with a positive driving record, current medical examiner’s certificate and endorsements needed for the position.
- Must be a hard worker and reliable.
- Must be willing to work with other team members on job sites, as needed.
- Must be able to bend, lift, stand, walk and climb consistently throughout each shift.
- Local applicants preferred.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our team. As a Project Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction process, responsible for providing accurate and competitive project estimates for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers and other stakeholders as well as independently.
Responsibilities:- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials.
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction sites, identify potential issues, and assess the feasibility of the project.
- Develop detailed estimates for construction projects, including labor costs, materials, and equipment.
- Utilize construction estimating software such as Bid2
Win and Microsoft Excel to create accurate and comprehensive estimates. - Collaborate with project managers to negotiate contracts and ensure that the project is completed within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with construction management best practices.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project estimates and costs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to project managers throughout the construction process.
- Review, approve and adjust Work in Progress Reporting for accounting and bonding company.
- Identify opportunities for cost control and implement effective cost-saving strategies.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field or experience in the related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction estimating, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience with construction estimating software, including Bid2
Win and Microsoft Excel. - Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and work effectively with contractors and project managers.
- Experience with project management principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with cost control and budgeting principles.
- Current NC Driver’s License required
- NC General Contractors License Preferred
