Excel Fitness in Durham, NC is seeking a full-time Member Support Center associate to handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to Planet Fitness members and staff. This in-office role requires a high school diploma and is not remote. Training is provided, with a 2-week paid program starting May 18th, Mon-Fri, 10am-7pm EST.
Shifts run Tue-Sat or Thu-Mon, 1pm–10pm. Perks include a free Planet Fitness Black Card membership, on-site gym, health/dental/vision benefits, PTO, and up
