Fidelity is hiring for a full-time Financial Customer Associate at the Durham site. The role entails handling customer calls about 401k plans, guiding customers through balance inquiries, withdrawals, and loans, and providing education and resources to help them reach financial goals.
Training spans 14 weeks, with subsequent ongoing coaching and team activities. The position is onsite, with shifts Monday–Friday and initial training hours 8:30am–5:00pm EST, followed by a flexible 8-hour shift
