Overview

As Architectural Staff, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of fast-paced projects from conception to completion in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. You will also receive the assistance necessary to complete your licensure and required hours. You’ll have the opportunity to be mentored by Senior Architects and join a strong culture of growth. This position provides the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across the healthcare design field.

• Engage as an active team member in all phases of the design process including predesign, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, bidding and construction administration.
• Assist in the development of design, graphic presentations, and 3D renderings.
• Accompany and assist others during field observations to assess existing buildings and monitor progress of construction.
• Produce contract documents that are efficient and consistent with the scope of work, schedule, and fee allotted to complete the work.
• Participate in the development of project specifications and their coordination with the drawings.
• Support communication and coordination with all disciplines, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure adherence to the contract documents and provide support as necessary.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education and experience required for professional licensure.
• Must be committed to passing the Architect Registration Exam (ARE) and completing the Architectural Experience Program (AXP).
• 0 to 5 years of architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sketch Up, Revit/AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• NCARB registration.
• Associate AIA.
• CSI-CDT certification.
• LEED GA certification.
• Experience in producing construction documents.
