Residential Landscape Designer

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design (or equivalent industry experience)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD;
  Adobe Suite and 3D modeling experience a plus
• Knowledge of North Carolina horticulture and proper planting techniques
• Experience designing softscapes, hardscapes, lighting, and drainage systems
• Conduct site visits and serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the design and revision process
• Create design proposals, estimates, and accurate field measurements for residential and light commercial projects
• Proven sales ability through client relationship building and lead follow-up
• Organized, professional, and confident communicator with strong attention to detail

$50,000 to $60,000 base salary plus commission, OTE $80k ($30k commission) commensurate with experience.
