Duke Pain Medicine seeks Pain Anesthesiologist with Perioperative and Chronic Pain Expertise
The Department of Anesthesiology at Duke University Medical Center is seeking a full time, fellowship-trained Pain Medicine specialist. Candidates will be Board-Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
- Ideal candidates have experience providing care across the perioperative spectrum, including pre-operative optimization, acute pain management, and outpatient medical and interventional treatments.
- Position involves 10-25% inpatient work along with OR and outpatient responsibilities.
- Strong clinical, interventional, and communication skills are critical.
- Ideal candidates will also have a demonstrated ability to lead a multi-disciplinary care team.
