Overview
Duke Health is seeking board certified or board eligible Gastroenterologist with an IBD focus to join our growing faculty team in Durham, NC. In addition to clinic and endoscopy block times, hired physicians will provide inpatient GI consultations. Physicians wanting a clinical focus with the ability to work in academia are encouraged to apply. Duke physicians also have access to Abridge AI Scribe to reduce time spent charting.
Responsibilities- Provide clinic and endoscopy block times.
- Provide inpatient GI consultations.
- Support clinical care, research, and education within the Duke Division of Gastroenterology, with opportunities to engage in multidisciplinary research efforts and training of physicians and students.
- MD or DO degree.
- Completion of an ACGME‑accredited residency program.
- Board certified or board eligible in gastroenterology.
- Experience and dedication to compassionate patient care.
