Lower School/Middle School Literacy Teacher (2026-27 School Year)
Hill Learning Center seeks a passionate, dedicated full-time Lower/Middle School Literacy Teacher for the 2026–27 school year. The role involves teaching five 50‑minute classes daily in reading and writing within a 4:1 student‑to‑teacher ratio. Faculty typically teach 2–3 grade levels annually, but flexibility to teach different grades as needed is preferred.

Desired Candidate Information- A professional educator license is required.
- Strong foundation in multisensory, differentiated instruction and learning practices that result in students owning their learning and reaching their full potential.
- Certification in learning disabilities and experience/training with Hill programs.
- Successful experience teaching students with learning differences and attention challenges.
- Passion for helping every child succeed and skilled in collaboration, organization, and flexible thinking.
