The department offers undergraduate and graduate programs with concentrations in management and related fields.

Primary

Function of Organizational Unit

The School of Business seeks highly qualified applicants for a Clinical Faculty position in Management. The School’s AACSB accredited programs serve undergraduate and graduate learners. The department offers programs with concentrations in management, marketing, human resources, entrepreneurship, financial analytics, hospitality management, real estate, supply chain, wealth management, and marketing.

Primary Purpose of Position

The selected candidate will teach at the undergraduate level and may teach graduate courses. Responsibilities include learner content development, delivery, engagement, and performance assessment. Teaching load is 4/4 for each Fall and Spring semester (eight courses per academic year). Instruction may be synchronous or asynchronous. This is a non-tenure track position.

The preferred candidate will have earned a Ph.D. in Management or a related field from an AACSB-accredited program or an equivalent accredited program. Candidates with a Master’s degree and significant relevant experience in Management will be considered. Faculty will engage students in operations and performance studies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Currency in the discipline and effective oral and written communication skills
  • Experience using instructional technology and sound technology knowledge
  • Ability to engage learners, demonstrate leadership, and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Minimum Education /Experience
  • Doctoral degree in Management or closely related discipline preferred
  • Candidates with a Master’s degree must have at least 18 credit hours in the discipline and significant professional experience
  • Professional certification is desirable
  • Degrees from AACSB International or other accredited programs are preferred
Licenses or Certification

As required by University policies and procedures.
