You’ll serve as the primary representative for your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, establish trust, and cultivate advocacy. You’ll facilitate impactful information sessions, develop strong community ties, and transform curiosity into committed waitlist activity. Your responsibilities extend beyond initial recruitment. You’ll also function as the central resource for families across their entire Alpha experience—resolving questions, reinforcing satisfaction, and empowering parents to become vocal advocates for the model.
WhatYou Won’t Be Doing
- Depending on formulaic sales approaches or impersonal communication.
- Assigning relationship development to campus personnel or assuming a passive role.
- Allowing coordinated parent coalitions to compromise or redefine Alpha’s educational framework.
- Operating remotely—this role requires deep integration into the parent journey and community presence.
Lead enrollment growth and family retention at your campus through the cultivation of high‑trust parent relationships from initial inquiry to sustained satisfaction and active advocacy.
Qualities That Will Make You a Great Fit- 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
- Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Currently reside within commuting distance of one of the campus locations listed above, or are willing to relocate accordingly.

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
