Child Welfare Trainer​/Content Dev

Info Origin Inc. is seeking a Trainer/Content Developer to support the training implementation of Child Welfare training modules for the Child Welfare Information System (CWIS).

• Analyze CWIS functionality and develop classroom facilitator‑led learning solutions and eLearning courses to support system implementation.
• Work closely with the Training Lead, Business and Agile Teams, Development Team and subject matter experts to understand requirements, design training, and develop course materials.
• Develop and maintain Adobe Frame Maker templates and scripts; revise training materials for adult learners.
• Provide effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation of training for all levels of employees overseeing Child Welfare programs in the CWIS.
• Assist with scheduling, preparing for and participating in quality assurance checks on training materials.

• Experience in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners (3+ years).
• Understanding of social services programs that drive county, regional, and state staff administration (3+ years).
• Ability to research and evaluate client case management software and translate functionality into effective learning materials (3+ years).
• Experience working with training developers, subject matter experts, and technical support to assure training materials are effective (3+ years).
• Business analysis and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (3+ years).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, XML, HTML (3+ years).
• Instructional design experience for computer‑based training and learning program design systems (3+ years).
• Proficiency in Adobe Frame Maker, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Photoshop, Visio, or other training applications (3+ years).
• Ability to develop dynamic instructional training materials using interactions and simulations (3+ years).
• Experience in developing interactive media presentations that enhance online educational experience (3+ years).
• Experience leading training sessions in multiple formats: in person, virtual, webinar (3+ years).
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

• Experience providing basic application software and hardware support.
• Strong understanding of internet concepts and web technology.
• Ability to evaluate student progress and make recommendations for continued training participation and curriculum development.
• Experience with processes to prepare for and conduct classroom training including facility management, course scheduling, and student registration.
• Knowledge of NC FAST and Medicaid Program in NC (2+ years).
