Primary Purpose of PositionThe selected candidate will exhibit a desire to teach at the undergraduate level but may also be required to teach graduate courses. Responsibilities include learner content development, delivery, engagement, and performance measurement.
The Teaching Load is 4/4 for each Fall and Spring semester for a total of eight (8) courses per academic year. Instruction may include synchronous and asynchronous modalities. This is a non-tenure track position.
The preferred candidate will have earned a Ph.D. in Management or a related field from an AACSB accredited program or equally relevant accredited program in a related discipline. Candidates with a Master degree and significant working experience in the Management area will be considered. Faculty will engage students in the study of operations and performance.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesCandidates must demonstrate currency in the discipline, effective oral and written communication skills, experience using instructional technology, and sound technology knowledge.
Successful candidates must have the ability to engage learners in their teaching, demonstrate leadership, and to work collaboratively and collegiately with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
