This position is on-site. Program Coordinator, Graduate Medical Education (GME) Fellowship Programs Be You. As the Program Coordinator, Graduate Medical Education Fellowship Programs, you'll play a critical role in supporting physician education and fostering excellence across fellowship training programs. Working in a dynamic academic healthcare environment, you'll partner with Program Directors, faculty, fellows, and institutional leaders to ensure exceptional educational experiences, maintain accreditation excellence, and advance the mission of Duke Health.

In this role, you'll help ensure fellowship programs meet the highest standards of quality while supporting recruitment, curriculum administration, accreditation activities, and learner success.

What You'll Do:

Accreditation & Program Compliance Support fellowship programs in maintaining compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), Institutional GME (IGME), and Internal Medicine Subspecialty/International accreditation requirements, as applicable. Monitor and apply current accreditation standards, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements. Partner with Program Directors to support educational curriculum planning, accreditation initiatives, and continuous quality improvement efforts. Ensure fellowship education activities align with national, institutional, departmental, and program requirements.

Coordinate annual evaluations for fellows, faculty, and educational programs. Maintain fellowship databases and educational records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Participate in institutional GME committees and related educational activities as assigned.

Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in the development, design, and distribution of recruitment materials for prospective fellows. Coordinate annual fellowship recruitment activities in compliance with GME and specialty-specific requirements. Manage processes associated with SF Match, ERAS, and other applicable recruitment systems. Provide applicants and stakeholders with accurate information regarding recruitment timelines, policies, and procedures. Support onboarding activities for incoming fellows.
