Works with Sales Team Lead to develop and deploy business plan and strategy with a subset of Clorox brands.

This role will need talent that is located in either Bentonville, AR or Oakland, CA due to the business needs. The Sales Planning Associate Manger will be in the office 3x per week in accordance with the Hybrid 2.0  this role, you will:

Engage our People as Business Owners:
Develop individual capabilities to promote growth. 20%
Drive the Business:
Contributes to Business Plan for Category or Brand. Works with cross-functional partners and field teams to bring Customer perspective. 30%
Customer and Category Planning:
Provides input into integrated customer plan Category/Brand. Responsible to advocate for assigned customers. 30%
Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste:
Uses appropriate tools, processes, resources to support organization. 20%#LI-Hybrid What we look for:5+ Years Experience in Sales, Finance, or Brand Management Strong Analytical skills, with experience in Nielsen/IRI/Scintilla Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills with experience in trade spending and promotional planning

Self-motivated teammate with collaborative, creative problem-solving abilities, and general manager mindset

Experience with Sam's Club and/or Walmart preferred

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

-–Zone A: $109,400 - $210,000–Zone B: $100,300 - $192,500–Zone C: $91,200 - $175,000
