Power Generator Technician

1 Resource Group is seeking experienced Generator Technicians to join our clients team of Technicians to cover the Durham to Highpoint, NC territory. This is a direct hire position, offering great benefits and company perks and one of the top equipment companies in the industry.

• Install, maintain, and repair power generators
• Diagnose and troubleshoot generator issues
• Test and inspect generators to ensure they meet safety standards
• Perform preventative maintenance on generators
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Manage inventory and order parts as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• Certification in Generator Technology preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in generator installation, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of electrical systems and generators
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as needed and work in varying weather conditions
