** Staff Digital Design Engineer*
* ** About the Role
** As a Staff Digital Design Engineer, you will lead complex digital design projects and provide technical leadership for system-level architecture. You'll influence product direction, guide methodology improvements, and lead small technical teams. This position requires deep expertise across multiple technical domains and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive innovation and excellence in digital design.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Develop FPGA-based designs for digital data paths leveraging ADI high-speed converters
* Define and develop system-level architectures for complex digital designs
* Lead technical teams on complex digital design projects
* Guide methodology improvements and best practices across the organization
* Influence product direction and technical roadmaps
* Collaborate across functions to drive innovative solutions
* Engage directly with customers on technical requirements and solutions
* Mentor engineers and help develop technical talent
** Must Have Skills**
* ** System Architecture:
** Expert ability to define and implement complex digital system architectures
* ** Technical Leadership:
** Demonstrated capability to provide technical direction to engineering teams
