- Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam, Excel).
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Project management experience (a plus).
