Arcadis is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Design & Engineering team within the North America Places group. In this role, you will provide first‑in‑class solutions to internal and external clients through your technical expertise in mechanical engineering and associated building systems.

• 6+ years relevant MEP experience within the Retail, Workplace, Transit and Education landscape.
• Professional Engineer in North Carolina.
• Ability to communicate client needs and technical solutions.
• Experience with Autodesk Platforms and digital design tools, including ACC or BIM engineered solutions.

• BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng or equivalent in engineering.

• Direct past project experience with Arcadis architects.
• Experience in full‑service consulting design firms and coordination with in‑house A/E resources.
• Adaptable to new digital tools such as AI.
• Practical sustainability and carbon‑reduction experience.
• Experience in urban environments implementing transformative solutions.
• Experience with user‑experience‑centric projects requiring narrow engineering solutions.

Salary range $80,000–$130,000.
