Recruiting Delivery Lead at Meridian Technologies

Locations: Durham, NC

Looking for candidates with electric utility experience who have been involved with builders or billing customers for distribution work. This role incorporates talking to & emailing customers, performing site visits, engineering design, and project management.

• Daily review of Maximo Work Management System for new work orders and changes to existing customer‑facing work orders.
• Call/email/text customers in response to their questions and concerns (no later than next business day).
• Arrange onsite meetings with customers to take field notes and develop design sketches to run new electric service to residential/commercial buildings (includes Primary and Secondary Voltage equipment design) to meet customer needs and client standards.
• Estimate costs for customers where applicable prior to service.
• Once work is scheduled, ensure any construction issues are resolved all the way up to the meter being set.
• 40 hrs/week is the norm. In case of major storm, may work in a scout/Damage‑Assessor role (with overtime).

No electrical hands‑on work required. PPE (hard hat, EH safety shoes, leather gloves for hammering/staking, traffic vest) are required. Safety is part of the job.
