Wolfspeed, Inc. seeks an Electronics/Mechanical Engineering Tech to sustain and improve epitaxy wafer processes on a 12-hour Back End Nights shift. You will report issues, coordinate with Process and Equipment Engineering, and help drive yields and cycle times on the factory floor.
Applicants should hold an EET or MET degree (or related technical field) and bring strong problem-solving, communication, and hands-on equipment experience in a semiconductor setting. DOE data may be required.
